Beacon Island Resort offers superb conference facilities in a unique location with matchless views, catering for any type of event in Plettenberg Bay. From small-scale meetings to large conference groups of up to 150, as well as the perfect oceanfront venue for elegant banquet dinners, our conferencing facilities are scalable to the needs of our clients.
The elegantly decorated Lagoon Room, which seats from 20 - 100 people, is located on the ground floor, and leads out onto a private garden setting. A new and beautifully appointed boardroom is located on the seventh floor and provides a panoramic view of the ocean. This venue seats up to 14 people. A team of experienced assistants and organisers is also available, in addition to a range of equipment and stationery for the use of attendees.
