With space for up to 650 delegates, secure basement parking, a business centre, and nine adaptable venues, the Southern Sun Cape Sun is a one-of-a-kind for meetings and events.
A range of conference packages are available, including a Day Conference package as well as accommodation packages. Themed functions and special menus can be accommodated along with expert assistance from our conference and events team.
Nine well-appointed venue options, each boasting ample space, various seating layout options and plenty of style are available. Our large VOC Centre venue is over 600m2, catering for larger events like seminars, launches and sit-down banquets. The Franschhoek room, at 40m2, is ideal for intimate meetings that demand a higher level of privacy, with several other venue options in between.
A screen, flip chart, conference stationery, whiteboard, lectern, projector, and PA system is included as standard with a day conference package. Additional services and facilities can be arranged on your behalf, upon request.
