Split Week Deposits:
Did you know you can deposit a portion of your week (e.g. a weekend or midweek) with SunSwop if you wish to occupy the other portion? You just need to deposit in advance to receive the relevant trading points. Note that weeks are split into weekends and midweek according to what the resort allows. Peak weeks cannot be split and need to be deposited in their entirety. If you require further information simply call one of our agents.
Expiring Points and Extend Expiring Points:
Don’t forget that points will expire after 36 months, from the date the timeshare was deposited with SunSwop. Contact our call centre to assist you with an exchange to avoid disappointment.
If you have points expiring and are not able to do an exchange, consider upgrading your membership to SunSwop Choices. In doing so, you will receive an additional year in which to use your points and you will also be able to use your deposited week to exchange into Southern Sun hotels throughout South Africa.
