Dinner at St Pierre Beach Restaurant plates up a different cuisine every night of the week, from mozzarella covered pizzas on Italian night to octopus curry on Creole night, from flame grilled steak on BBQ night to the morning’s catch on Seafood night. There’s more than enough to keep the cuisine-curious happy as well as classic dishes and a taste of home for everyone.

St Pierre Beach Restaurant brings all the flavours together with live cooking stations for as-you-like-it fish and meat as well as live music four nights a week from local bands.

SEAFOOD

Fresh caught fish smoked, marinated, fried and baked. Line caught fillets, Creole style calamari and delicious Creole fish sauce as well as chowders and seafood marinara salads.

ASIAN

Sushi and sashimi, marinated job fish with lemongrass dressing, bamboo and crab salad, Chinese style noodles, chicken satays with peanut and chilli hoisin sauce, Thai curry with stir fried rice, and line fish kebabs with an Asian flavor.

ITALIAN

Parmesan, sliced roasted fennel, green and black olives, beef carpaccio, roasted zucchini, fresh olive focaccia, pasta, pork fillet piccata, and plenty of oven hot pizzas and pasta dishes.

BBQ

Flame grilled marinated steak, succulent pork loin cutlets, roasted pumpkins and sweet potatoes, grilled line fish and plenty more cooked BBQ style.

INTERNATIONAL

From Hungarian beef goulash to chicken kebabs cooked in rosemary, garlic and lemon as well as Thai chicken curry, our International buffet has everyone’s favourites and opportunity for you to try something new.

CREOLE

Chutney and palm heart salad, whole line fish, octopus curry, pork and apricot kebabs, local sausage, Creole rice or even fruit bat curry and a live Creole cooking station.

DESSERTS

Every night the dessert table is over-full with desserts that look good and taste delicious.
