The lush green of the islands is thanks to the rain which is enjoyed throughout the year. Rain typically comes in showers of an hour or so and rarely for longer than a day or two, so it’s very uncommon for rain to last throughout your whole stay. Rain in the Seychelles is mostly just a good excuse for an afternoon nap.
